1994 in London. The Oxford English Dictionary first started listing “road rage” in 1997.
 It defines it as “a violent anger caused by the stress and frustration of driving in heavy traffic.
The issue of road rage and angry drivers is a relatively new phenomenon but an especially scary one as well.
